1. Service

xBot.co.il provides an AI chatbot platform for business websites. The service is provided AS-IS on a prepaid credit basis.

2. Registration

You agree to provide accurate registration data and to keep your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content

You retain ownership of all content uploaded to your bots. xBot processes that content solely to operate the service (response generation, semantic indexing).

4. Payment & credits

Payments are processed by Tranzila. Purchased credits do not expire but are non-refundable.

5. Liability

xBot's liability is limited to amounts actually paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
